What Makes a Session Here Different

There is no single trick. It is a handful of habits that we keep every day.

We ask before we start. Our Wellness Director, Anjali Menon, trains every therapist on one rule: listen to the guest before you start working, not after. You will be asked where you feel tight, whether you have any injuries or health concerns, and how firm you like the pressure. The session is then shaped around your answers and adjusted whenever you speak up.

We hire experience. Every therapist joins with at least five years of hands-on practice. Anjali has trained more than 30 therapists since becoming Wellness Director in 2024, and she still checks sessions herself on day and night shifts.

We keep the rooms simple and clean. Each private room is cleaned after every guest and prepared with fresh linen and towels. Lighting is soft and sound is kept low, so you can settle before the massage begins. See the gallery for real photos.

Our House Rules

Lathika Spa offers professional, therapeutic massage only. Sessions are for adult male guests, and respectful conduct towards staff is expected at all times. Therapists will end a session immediately if a guest behaves inappropriately. These rules protect our team and keep the spa the calm, safe place our regular guests rely on.
