02 Services Offered

Latika Spa offers professional massage therapy services for men, including:

All services are performed by trained therapists in private treatment rooms, for relaxation and wellness purposes only. Latika Spa reserves the right to update or modify its service offerings at any time.

03 Bookings and Appointments

3.1 Walk-In Guests

Walk-in guests are welcome at any hour. Availability of a specific therapist or room cannot be guaranteed for walk-ins, but we make every reasonable effort to accommodate guests promptly.

3.2 Advance Bookings

Bookings can be made by calling or messaging +971 52 480 6393 on WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only once you receive verbal or written confirmation from our team.

3.3 Late Arrivals

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late for a confirmed appointment may have their session time reduced accordingly. The session price remains unchanged regardless of arrival time.

04 Pricing and Payment

4.1 Standard Pricing

Massage sessions are priced from AED 99 for a 60-minute session. Current rates are listed on our Massage Rates page.

4.2 Payment Methods

Payment is due at the time of service. Please confirm accepted payment methods (cash or card) with our staff when booking or on arrival.

4.3 Price Changes

Latika Spa reserves the right to revise pricing at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our website before taking effect.

4.4 No Hidden Fees

We do not charge fees beyond the stated session price. Gratuities for therapists are voluntary and entirely at the guest's discretion.

05 Cancellations and No-Shows

Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, by calling or messaging +971 52 480 6393. Since no advance payment is required, there is no financial penalty for no-shows — however, repeated no-shows without notice may affect your ability to make future advance bookings.

Latika Spa also reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking if a guest has a health condition that makes massage inadvisable, or if a guest has previously violated our conduct policy. No charge applies in such cases.

06 Health, Safety and Medical Conditions

6.1 Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies (including to massage oils), or health concerns to their therapist before treatment begins. This includes recent surgeries, cardiovascular conditions, skin conditions, or chronic pain.

6.2 Contraindications

Certain health conditions may make massage inadvisable. Our therapists may decline to perform a session if it appears unsafe to do so — this decision is final and made for the guest's own safety.

6.3 Not Medical Treatment

Latika Spa provides massage and wellness services only. Our therapists are not licensed medical professionals, and nothing at Latika Spa constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Guests with medical concerns should consult a qualified physician before undergoing massage therapy.

6.4 Hygiene Standards

Fresh linens are used for every guest, and treatment rooms and equipment are sanitized between sessions.

07 Guest Conduct

7.1 Respectful Behavior

All guests are expected to treat our therapists and staff with dignity and respect. Verbal abuse, harassment, threatening behavior, or disrespect toward any staff member will result in immediate termination of the session and removal from the premises, with no refund issued.

7.2 Appropriate Conduct During Sessions

Latika Spa provides professional massage and wellness services only. Any request or attempt to obtain services of an inappropriate or unlawful nature will result in immediate termination of the session, removal from the facility, and may be reported to the relevant UAE authorities.

7.3 Facility Rules

• Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the facility.
• Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be admitted.
• Personal belongings are the guest's responsibility; Latika Spa is not liable for lost or stolen items.
• Guests must follow all instructions given by therapists and staff for safety and hygiene reasons.

7.4 Right to Refuse Service

Latika Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any guest at its discretion, including cases involving intoxication, unsafe health conditions, or prior misconduct at the facility.

08 Liability and Disclaimer

8.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Latika Spa's liability in connection with any session or service is limited to the amount paid for that specific session. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

Latika Spa is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises.

8.3 Pre-Existing Conditions

Latika Spa is not liable for any injury or adverse reaction resulting from a guest's failure to disclose a pre-existing medical condition, allergy, or health concern before the session.
